What a 3PL and prep center does for you
A 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse receives your products from the factory or supplier, stores them and ships them out. A prep center goes one step further and gets each unit ready for Amazon FBA or Walmart WFS: correct barcodes, bagging, bundling and box labels that meet each marketplace’s requirements.
Using a prep center means your inventory is checked by people who know marketplace rules before it reaches Amazon, so fewer units are rejected, stranded or charged extra fees.
Our US locations
We operate warehouse locations in Joliet, Montana and North Miami Beach, Florida. Montana has no state sales tax, which many sellers prefer for inbound purchases. Both locations support FBA prep, WFS prep, FBM order fulfilment and two-step dropshipping for our Walmart clients.

1. Do you prep for both Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS?
Yes. We prep and label inventory for Amazon FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services, and we also ship FBM orders directly to customers.
2. Where are your warehouses?
Our US warehouse locations are in Joliet, Montana and North Miami Beach, Florida. Full addresses are on our contact section.
3. Can my supplier in China or Bangladesh ship directly to you?
Yes. Your supplier or freight forwarder ships to our warehouse. We receive the goods, inspect them and let you know if anything is damaged or missing.
4. Do you send photos of my inventory?
Yes. We share photos at receiving and when issues come up, so you always know the condition of your stock.
5. Can you also manage my Amazon store?
Yes. Many clients combine prep with our Amazon FBA automation and store management services.
