What is two-step dropshipping?
In classic dropshipping, a supplier or another retailer ships straight to your customer. On Walmart that often breaks the rules: packages arrive with another store’s branding, tracking is unreliable and delivery promises are missed.
Two-step dropshipping adds one stop. The supplier ships to our US warehouse first. We inspect the item, repack it with your packing slip and ship it to the customer. You stay the seller of record, customers see your brand only, and you control delivery times.
Why Walmart sellers use this model
Walmart measures every seller on on-time shipping, valid tracking and cancellations. A few late or mis-branded orders can put an account at risk. The two-step model protects those numbers while still letting you test products without buying large inventory up front.

Walmart allows dropshipping when you are the seller of record, your business is identified on packing slips and invoices, and orders meet Walmart’s shipping and branding standards.
