Amazon Private Label

Amazon Private Label Service
Build a Brand You Own

Selling someone else’s product means competing on price forever. Private label lets you sell your own branded product, own the listing and build an asset that keeps its value. Forway BD takes you from product idea to first sale — research, sourcing, branding, Brand Registry, listings and launch ads — with one team accountable for every step.

What is Amazon private label?

Private label means you sell a product under your own brand name. A manufacturer produces it to your specification, with your logo and packaging, and you list it on Amazon as a new product. You are the brand owner, so you control the listing, the price and the customer experience.

Compare that with wholesale, where you resell an existing brand and share the Buy Box with other sellers, or dropshipping, where you rarely control quality or delivery. Private label takes more planning up front, but it is the model most sellers use to build a long-term Amazon business.

Why sellers choose a private label agency

Most private label launches fail for the same few reasons: a product with too much competition, a supplier who misses quality, packaging that breaks Amazon’s rules, or a launch with no plan for reviews and ads. Each mistake costs months and inventory money.

Our team has run Amazon FBA, FBM and private label stores for six years. We use the same checklist on every launch, so the risky decisions — which product, which supplier, how much stock — are made with data instead of guesswork.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much money do I need to start Amazon private label?

It depends on the product, the supplier’s minimum order quantity and your launch ad budget. In our strategy session we work out a realistic budget for your category before any money is spent on inventory, so there are no surprises later.

2. Do I need a trademark for Amazon Brand Registry?

Yes. Amazon Brand Registry needs a registered or pending trademark from an eligible trademark office. We guide you through the options and enrol your brand as soon as you are eligible.

3. Can I start Amazon private label from Bangladesh?

Yes. Many of our clients are based in Bangladesh. We handle sourcing, prep and shipping to Amazon FBA, and if you need a US company and bank account we can set those up too through our US LLC formation service.

4. How long does a private label launch take?

Most launches take a few months from research to first sale. Production time at the factory and shipping to Amazon are usually the longest steps. We give you a timeline for your specific product after the research stage.

5. Will you manage the store after launch?

Yes. After launch we can run day-to-day Amazon store management: PPC, inventory planning, listing updates and account health.
