1. Is the strategy session really free?
Yes. The 30-minute session is free and there is no obligation to work with us afterwards.
2. Will I get a Zoom link?
Yes. As soon as you pick a time, a Zoom meeting is created automatically and the link is sent in your confirmation email and calendar invite.
3. Which time zone are the times shown in?
The booking calendar detects your time zone and shows every slot in your local time, whether you are in New York, Los Angeles, London or Dhaka.
4. Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Your confirmation email has links to reschedule or cancel at any time.
5. What language is the call in?
Calls are in English by default. Our team also speaks Bangla, and we can arrange translation for other languages — just mention it when you book.
